Elliott Ranch Governing Documents

Welcome to the Elliott Ranch Governing Documents website. This site is the product of the Documents Committee, hereinafter referred to as the Committee. Their task was to review our Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DCRs/CCRs), Amendments and Guidelines; the sum of which will hereinafter be referred to as our Governing Documents for the Elliott Ranch Homeowners Association. The objective of the Committee was to interpret ambiguous text in our Governing Documents by drafting a comprehensive, clarifying document comprising all our Governing Documents. Since no changes were made to our Governing Documents by this Committee, there was no need to have a community vote.

To accomplish this task the Committee first created the Quick Reference Guide. The Quick Reference Guide lists each of our original Articles, Bylaws, DCRs/CCRs and notes changes, summaries, amendments as well as certain statutes that override our original rules. The purpose of this table is to assist homeowners in finding the most current and up-to-date set of rules.

The violation section is a list of the most common violations that our residents receive and a reference to what rule they are violating. Some of the violations listed have been interpreted by our Board of Directors, both past and current. Those are noted in the table.

The FAQs section is a listing of the most frequently asked questions either of our Board of Directors or our Management Company.
